For this year\u2019s Costume Institute fundraiser, Heidi recreated the Veiled Vestal, an 1847 sculpture by Raffaelle Monti.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, I want to become her!\u201d Heidi said in a red carpet interview. \u201cI went walking around in the Met and Raffaele Monti, he\u2019s done most of the sculptures from the 1800s, so I looked and I was like, \u2018Wow, this is so beautiful. The drape, and it\u2019s all in marble, but how can you make that with fabric?’\u201d<\/p>\n
